One of the most beautiful views in Istria stretches from Vižinada. At its entrance, from the hill of Saint Toma, there are beautiful views of the local vineyards growing on the red and white soil, the gentle forested hills full of various fruits, on which Motovun, Završje and numerous other stone towns are situated, green fields lined with flowers, the rich valley of the river Mirna, and above all that the broad celestial cap, giving the observer a sense of complete freedom.
In addition to historical and cultural sights, the rich vineyards that produce wines of special scents due to the quality of the soil, and the renowned cuisine enraptured by the fruits of this picturesque area, the old town of Vižinada offers unique recreational pleasures on the renovated Parenzana railway trail, the former railway link between the cities of Poreč and Trieste. On the 123 kilometres long route, walkers and cyclists will pass through fresh forests, beautiful towns, stone villages, secluded tunnels, cross over solid viaducts, not ceasing to wonder about the variety of landscapes and colours that this land abounds in.
The beauty of Vižinada is best shown by the fact that it has often served as a scene for world-famous films. For example, here one of the best Hollywood war movies of the 70s was shot: “Kelly’s Heroes” directed by Bryan G. Hutton, and with an unforgettable cast – Clint Eastwood, Telly Savalas, Don Rickles and especially the then young Donald Sutherland.

About our villa
This newly built modern villa is located in the immediate vicinity of Vižinada. It is equipped with attractive Italian furniture and with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it offers guests exceptional comfort. Guests of the villa have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating, barbecue, fenced yard with well-kept garden and lawn, and private parking for several cars.
The villa with an area of approx. 180 m² on two floors consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony.
The villa is heated by a floor heating system and a heat pump, while cooling is provided by an air conditioner. For additional heating and atmosphere, there is also a modern fireplace in the living room.
The villa is secured by video surveillance.
Due to its location and construction method, the villa seems powerful, modern, safe, very well thought out and used, and at the same time simple. It is equipped with high-quality household appliances, a central computer (for lighting, heating), custom-made furniture, a high-quality lighting system, a water purifier on the main line, underfloor heating.
